Introduction
The terms and conditions are a legally binding agreement between Auxiliary-X and the buyer regarding all purchases made through this website.
By using this website and the products Auxiliary-X provides the user agrees to the current version of the Terms and Conditions stated hereinafter.
Auxiliary-X reserves the right to revise the Terms and Conditions at any time without any further notice.
Definitions
- Auxiliary-X – Auxiliary-X UG (haftungsbeschränkt), with its seat at Helmstedter Straße 5, 38102 Braunschweig,
Germany, Register Court: Amtsgericht Braunschweig HRB 207735, USt.-ID-Nr.: DE 323 505 313. - User – a natural person, which has an account on our website or uses our products.
- Licensee – a natural person or organizational entity, which holds one or more licenses, issued by the Auxiliary-X.
- Buyer – a natural person or organizational entity, which purchases a license from Auxiliary-X.
- EOL – End of Life of a product.
Software Licensing
The Ruby Code of all of our Redmine Extensions is licensed under the GNU General Public License, version 2 (http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-2.0.html). All other files, if not otherwise stated, are licensed under the Auxiliary-X Proprietary Use License 1.0 instead of the GNU General Public License, version 2.
Auxiliary-X Proprietary Use License version 1.0
This license covers all documentation and files, such as JavaScript, Cascading Stylesheets and images, relating to extensions authored by Auxiliary-X. Files covered by this license cannot be redistributed to other parties without a written consent issued by Auxiliary-X.
Demo License
The Demo License consist of the Auxiliary-X Proprietary Use License version 1.0.
Under this License the user is merely allowed to use this software in a non-commercial way. Making modifications, selling or reverse engineering the product is prohibited. The licensee cannot transfer the acquired license to another person or entity.
Single Server & Multi Server Licenses
Both, the Single Server License and the Multi Server License consist of the Auxiliary-X Proprietary Use License version 1.0.
A Single Server License permits the holder of this license to install the regarding product on one Redmine production environment.
A Multi Server License permits the holder of this license to install the regarding product on one or more Redmine production environments. All Redmine production environments on which the plugin under the Multi Server License is installed must be owned by the Licensee. Licenses issued by Auxiliary-X cannot be transferred by a Licensee without a written consent issued by Auxiliary-X.
Support
Auxiliary-X will provide following support for purchased Single Server & Multi Server Licenses:
- Response to support (bugs) email within 24 h
- Analysis of the problem and support by a qualified personnel within 5 working days after responding to the email with the support request
- Solution to the problem within 20 working days after responding to the email with the support request
Auxiliary-X will support (bugfixes) and update (compatibility) the software regarding major Redmine releases within 60 working days. Auxiliary-X will continue to support (bugfixes) its software once a major version of Redmine enters EOL but will not provide any new features for this version of Redmine. This only applies, if the software was released or purchased before Redmine entered EOL. Auxiliary-X will not provide support for any version of Redmine not listed on the software requirements page.
Support is merely provided to those who are holding a currently valid license.
When requesting support you must provide your order number, which was sent to you on purchase via email.
Updates
Auxiliary-X will provide software updates in the download area of the customer portal (https://www.auxiliary-x.org/my-account/downloads/) as soon as they are available. Updates will be made available to customers who hold a valid license of that particular product at the time of the update release. The download expiry date of the update release is equal to the license expiry date of that particular product.
Use of try.auxiliary-x.org
Auxiliary-X provides a demo for the Issue Reminder Plugin under https://try.auxiliary-x.org . This demo resets every 24h. All entered data including user accounts and settings will be lost when the demo is reset. The reset occurs daily at 02:00:00 CET. The user should only use the demo for testing the Issue Reminder Plugin. The user is encouraged not to use any confidential data in the demo. Login, name and email address are visible to other users in the demo.
Purchase delivery
After your payment was received, Auxiliary-X will provide the buyer with the purchased product and the license under the buyer’s account on Auxiliary-X’s website.
Auxiliary-X will send to you information regarding your account and purchase via email.
Pricing
All prices stated on this website are net prices in euros. Additional taxes and handling fees may incur on purchase, depending on the buyers billing address.
Auxiliary-X reserves the right to change the prices of the offered products at any time without any further notice. For the buyer, only the prices that are listed on Auxiliary-X’s website at the time of purchase apply.
Disclaimer and Limitations
Auxiliary-X provides support only for products, which were not modified by someone other than Auxiliary-X.
It is forbidden to remove any license text or copyright notifications in products distributed by Auxiliary-X.
All products, whether modified or unmodified, will remain property of Auxiliary-X.
Warranties of Compatibility
All products are distributed by Auxiliary-X without any warranty.
Auxiliary-X keeps all of its products up to date to maintain compatibility with the latest Redmine version. However, Auxiliary-X cannot guarantee that the distributed products will be compatible with future Redmine versions.
